Finance and HR Administrator – 100% (m/w/d)

We are looking to fill the following position immediately or by agreement:

Your Responsibilities

  • Processing of accounts payable and receivable invoices
  • Posting and reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Dunning and debt collection for accounts receivable
  • Execution of weekly payment runs to suppliers
  • VAT returns and reconciliation of various general ledger accounts
  • Personnel administration from entry to exit
  • Payroll accounting including year-end statements
  • Handling of accident and illness reports

Your Profile

  • Commercial education with at least 5 years of experience in finance and payroll accounting
  • Further training in HR or accounting is an advantage
  • Good user skills in MS Office and ERP software (Navision is a plus)
  • High level of reliability, accuracy, and initiative
  • Quick comprehension, flexible and resilient
  • Team-oriented, motivated, and responsible personality
