We are looking to fill the following position immediately or by agreement:
Your Responsibilities
- Processing of accounts payable and receivable invoices
- Posting and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Dunning and debt collection for accounts receivable
- Execution of weekly payment runs to suppliers
- VAT returns and reconciliation of various general ledger accounts
- Personnel administration from entry to exit
- Payroll accounting including year-end statements
- Handling of accident and illness reports
Your Profile
- Commercial education with at least 5 years of experience in finance and payroll accounting
- Further training in HR or accounting is an advantage
- Good user skills in MS Office and ERP software (Navision is a plus)
- High level of reliability, accuracy, and initiative
- Quick comprehension, flexible and resilient
- Team-oriented, motivated, and responsible personality
