IT Support Employee – 40 – 50% (m/w/d)

We are looking to fill the following position immediately or by agreement:

Your Responsibilities

• First point of contact for employees with IT issues
• First-level IT support at our Muri site in collaboration with external service providers
• Support in IT projects and the further development of existing IT infrastructure
• Support in the procurement and setup of IT hardware

Your Profile

• Strong affinity for IT and motivation to develop further in this field
• Ideally, training or experience in IT support (e.g. IT support technician)
• Good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP software (e.g. Navision)
• Independent, conscientious and efficient working style
• Motivated and proactive personality with initiative
